The Education Outreach Program (EOP) strives to lend a hand in the pursuit of knowledge, opportunity and personal growth. We are an educational resource developed to support allied health students, residents and fellows in their transition from training to practice. We also offer an annual scholarship program that recognizes outstanding SRNA and AA students for exemplary clinical and leaderships skills, and maintain strong academic affiliations throughout the country. Transition to Practice
Finding a job is likely, but knowing it is the right job is more difficult. EOP offers complementary, unbiased Transition-to-Practice interactive lectures with top training programs nationwide. Our objective is to educate students on several key subjects when evaluating employment opportunities, including:

- Interviewing strategies
- Types of practice models
- Specialty trends
- Understanding compensation and benefits
- Malpractice insurance and more

Sheridan currently has academic affiliations with teaching programs at client partner facilities, allowing us to build a stronger community of clinicians and medical professionals. As of 2013, Sheridan has more than 45 affiliations at 45 facilities in 14 states, and we are always looking to expand our network.
